I'm slightly too young to have clear memories of Electric Company. I am told by family members that EC is responsible for my early training in spelling and grammar.
3-2-1 Contact was one of my favorite shows when I was little. Square One was also wonderful. Add to that Owl TV (a Canadian show that, for some reason, was broadcast on PBS when my family lived in Denver), and it makes perfect sense why I am as nerdy as I am today. :-D
